ABOUT
As a seasoned paralegal with over 25 years of experience in the legal field Jen has an extensive background in litigation focused in personal injury, medical negligence, and estate planning. Jen began her career in family law and bankruptcy, migrating to Los Angeles, California to practice personal injury and entertainment law. Jen returned to Washington continuing personal injury. After her first large trial, winning over a $14 million verdict in a “David versus Goliath” case, she was hooked on trial work. In 2011 Jen opened her own practice to support small firms and solo practitioners in their quest for justice. Her jury verdicts range between $1 million up to $91 million.
Over the years Jen has been privileged to glean immeasurable trial experience from amazingly talented attorneys such as Robert A. Zielke, Paul Luvera, Karl Malling, Eric Fong, Mark Wagner, Ben Barcus, Susie Injijian, and Vicky Vreeland. Jen also works collaboratively with graduates of Trial Lawyers College (TLC) and Trial Lawyers University (TLU) and is familiar with psychodrama techniques. Jen has participated in over 100 trials, assisting with jury selection, exhibit technician and “hot seat” support.
Jen is Secretary of the Washington State Paralegal Association (WSPA) and a member of National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA). She is also a long-standing member of the American Association of Notaries.
